This used to be a five-star apartment, however it has lost its luster in the past three months. A new property company has taken over, and there is no longer on-site management. Odors can permeate between units with ease. I am moving out due to the inability of the rental company to enforce its regulations on other tenants; thus, I would not recommend living here. Maintenance requests take up to three weeks for response, often entering without prior notification.

I have lived at this property for five years and used to appreciate the access to LRTs and stores, but since the management changed to HomeED it has become awful. It is bad enough to reach the level of ****iness of Boardwalk. There has been no upkeep, garbage all around, and ice build-up on stairs - these conditions caused me and my sister physical injuries due to falling on the ice. Longterm tenants are now thinking about not renewing their leases. We asked for hazardous (electrical) repairs but nothing was done even after multiple requests. They may be offering rental based on income now, yet I wonder where this money is going as it obviously isn't being spent on maintenance or customer service! Walking through today I noticed more trash all over and smelled marijuana in the air; moreover, it looks like they've lowered the quality of tenants too since there's no longer an onsite manager or maintenance guy - before we knew our property manager by our unit number but now everything seems very corporate-like. As a person who has rented for 20 years I'm extremely let down with what my home has become.
