The construction of this building is extremely poor the wall was separating from the stairs while living there and the hallways top wall was bowing terribly We attempted to fix all of these issues like patching walls painting what we could and repairing stuff that wasnt even in our movein survey However they still wanted 1000 from us because it has never bee 2022-10-27T11:02:18Z

Living in Emerald Hills Landing Sherwood Park has been an exciting and memorable experience It is a 55 building with many nearby amenities like a hospital medical centre lovely parks with walking trails and an Italian market that are within walking distance We have a fulltime resident manager who keeps the residence clean and wellmaintained they are also very friendly towards ideas and concerns In the lounge theres a fullyequipped kitchen for coffee cards games weekly breakfast as well as an exercise room to stay fit With our incredible volunteer social committee and event organizers it is truly one big happy family that I highly recommend to live in more ... hide ...

I had a very pleasant experience living in the Leduc location The manager was always understanding and the staff was friendly All of the buildings were wellmaintained and if anything needed to be ordered for maintenance I was informed right away Reading other reviews it seems that if you damage something then don't pay for it complaints will arise which makes sense When I moved out everything went smoothly even though there was a wall dented from my stay for which I only had to pay for paint most of my damage deposit returned to me Neither myself nor any of my neighbours had issues with them Eventually I bought a house and would definitely consider renting from them again in future more ... hide ...
