This condo is one block away from main street and offers great underground parking Our F150 fits perfectly in the lot Plus theres tons of parking right next to the complex We usually eat Mexican food twice while were there usually lunch because its cheaper if you get here early Double Strawberry margaritas are a must The Grizzly Paw Restaurant is a hit with our kids too The place itself comes off as homey and welcoming its easy to feel comfortable right away High quality furniture and dishes make it feel like home Weve been going for 20 years now and every year we book this same unit thats how good it is The bedsbedding is especially comfortable the master bath has a two person tub that we love Both bedrooms are on different sides of the house so you have privacy when needed plus theres a big barbecue outside in case you want to grill something up for dinner one night Even though we havent stayed during winter yet there looks to be a beautiful fireplace if you do decide to come then fans and lots of windows provide nice cool air during hot days without having to turn on an AC unit Lastly this place has always been clean wellmaintained owners care about their property making your stay memorable Good Earth Coffee Cos got some of the best coffee in town if youre looking for something special Enjoy Canmore more ... hide ...

This is the best place I have resided in Canada having lived in five cities across two provinces The apartments are incredibly comfortable and the staff here are exceptional they are so kind and cooperative always quick to respond and assist with politeness Crystal the manager is superb at solving any issues swiftly with a smile on her face Tiffany keeps the entire building clean while Kurt can reliably fix or change any bulbs My mother and I were fond of them all The location is great as its close to all amenities with quiet neighbours too each apartment has its own parking space which helps maintain order Snow removal as well as spring cleaning happens regularly plus theres beautiful flower planting around the entrance door even in pet area theres a lovely seating arrangement During festive seasons such as Christmas or Halloween decorations make everything bright This team truly treats these apartments like their own home full of enthusiasm we need more people like them everywhere To sum up 1000 stars for this review We moved to Edmonton but miss this team and these apartments dearly attached are photos from our top floor balcony showing some mountain views plus deer visitors too more ... hide ...

WARNING Im issuing a warning to everyone in Lethbridge and the surrounding area about Garden Propertys which has an infestation of bed bugs cockroaches and ants that management and the owner are neglecting to deal with They are also trying to get tenants to pay fines of 250 dollars that have not been authorized by any court or authority Furthermore they treat their tenants as if they were prisoners and disregard the rights of the elderly and disabled people living there The properties owned by this same person that should be avoided include Flamburough Gardens Palm Road all townhouses as well as the Super 8 Hotel on Mayor Magrath Drive I truly hope this message reaches many people so they don't have to experience what my wife and I didthe constant harassment and illegal entry into our home without noticeor any type of bullying from them THEY ARE A SCAM There have been little to no improvements made on these buildings despite most units having water damage or toxic black mold present for over 10 years now with no changes being made Additionally theyve taken a contract with Immigration services in order to kick out all current tenants because those moving in wont care about the bugs infesting them PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION SO EVERYONE CAN BE AWARE OF THESE ISSUES I don't want anyone else getting screwed like we almost did by these people more ... hide ...

I have been living at Southpark on Whyte for more than 3 months and my experience has been amazing The ideal location close to everything and the river valley is a 10 minute walk away provides an opportunity for tranquil walks in nature The amenities are great too with the popup dog park nearby both cute and quiet The building itself is brand new and wellmaintained always clean peaceful with indoor garbage disposal eliminating the need to go outside My unit is spacious with lots of kitchen cupboard space windows that fill the apartment with natural light plus AC which isn't common to many Edmonton apartments which has been a blessing in this summer heat However what stands out most is management Vishal Tejas are always prompt reliable helpful and go above and beyond for tenants satisfaction The only con washing machine dryer are quite tiny I highly recommend choosing Southpark on Whyte as your home more ... hide ...
