**!!WARNING!!** I'm issuing a warning to everyone in Lethbridge and the surrounding area about Garden Propertys, which has an infestation of bed bugs, cockroaches, and ants that management and the owner are neglecting to deal with. They are also trying to get tenants to pay fines of 250 dollars that have not been authorized by any court or authority. Furthermore, they treat their tenants as if they were prisoners and disregard the rights of the elderly and disabled people living there. The properties owned by this same person that should be avoided include Flamburough Gardens, Palm Road, all townhouses, as well as the Super 8 Hotel on Mayor Magrath Drive. I truly hope this message reaches many people so they don't have to experience what my wife and I did--the constant harassment and illegal entry into our home without notice--or any type of bullying from them. THEY ARE A SCAM! There have been little to no improvements made on these buildings despite most units having water damage or toxic black mold present for over 10 years now with no changes being made. Additionally, they've taken a contract with Immigration services in order to kick out all current tenants because those moving in won't care about the bugs infesting them.
