Fairmont Views is a stellar place to live; we've been here for more than two years and have adored it. The suite is two bedrooms with two bathrooms, plus a big walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The building is immaculate, and the people are friendly. We would wholeheartedly endorse this residence.

Our experience at Fairmont Views was outstanding; the buildings were attractive and kept up. The parking lot and grounds were well-maintained, too. Crystal, the property manager, was so kind and made our move-in process a breeze. A few days after we moved in one of our appliances broke down but before we got back home the next day she had replaced it! We are delighted with our apartment and would certainly recommend Broadstreet to anyone searching for an excellent place to live.

This is the best place I have resided in Canada, having lived in five cities across two provinces. The apartments are incredibly comfortable and the staff here are exceptional; they are so kind and co-operative, always quick to respond and assist with politeness. Crystal, the manager, is superb at solving any issues swiftly with a smile on her face. Tiffany keeps the entire building clean while Kurt can reliably fix or change any bulbs. My mother and I were fond of them all! The location is great as it's close to all amenities, with quiet neighbours too - each apartment has its own parking space which helps maintain order. Snow removal as well as spring cleaning happens regularly plus there's beautiful flower planting around the entrance door; even in pet area there's a lovely seating arrangement. During festive seasons such as Christmas or Halloween, decorations make everything bright! This team truly treats these apartments like their own home full of enthusiasm - we need more people like them everywhere! To sum up: 1000 stars for this review! We moved to Edmonton but miss this team and these apartments dearly - attached are photos from our top floor balcony showing some mountain views plus deer visitors too!
