For the past 45 years, I have been working with property managers in both commercial and residential spaces. We are contractors that revitalize and upgrade apartments when they start to show their age. In all of this time, I have never come across a management team as impressive as South Park's. They treat each tenant like a person and friend rather than just a number.

I have been living at Southpark on Whyte for more than 3 months and my experience has been amazing. The ideal location - close to everything, and the river valley is a 10 minute walk away; provides an opportunity for tranquil walks in nature. The amenities are great too, with the pop-up dog park nearby both cute and quiet. The building itself is brand new and well-maintained - always clean, peaceful, with indoor garbage disposal eliminating the need to go outside. My unit is spacious with lots of kitchen cupboard space, windows that fill the apartment with natural light, plus AC (which isn't common to many Edmonton apartments) which has been a blessing in this summer heat. However, what stands out most is management – Vishal & Tejas are always prompt, reliable, helpful and go above and beyond for tenants' satisfaction. The only con – washing machine & dryer are quite tiny! I highly recommend choosing Southpark on Whyte as your home.
