Moving into Campbell Place Apartments was a wonderful experience Isabella and Mike the property managers are amazing Isabella helped me prepare for the move and on the day of my move they were incredibly helpful Im excited to live here and feel very comfortable in my new home its lovely and all the building occupants are friendly people

When I moved in last May I was expecting a decent apartment Unfortunately it came with dirty fans posing a fire hazard bathroom mirror loose on the wall and the dining room fan was shaking when in use In addition the bathroom counter had cigarette marks and baseboards were filthy so it took an hour to scrub each room The kitchen cabinets had tape on them and 2022-10-03T22:02:17Z
When I moved in last May I was expecting a decent apartment Unfortunately it came with dirty fans posing a fire hazard bathroom mirror loose on the wall and the dining room fan was shaking when in use In addition the bathroom counter had cigarette marks and baseboards were filthy so it took an hour to scrub each room The kitchen cabinets had tape on them and then there was an ant infestation even though this was on the 8th floor this lasted until I left at beginning of this month The garage door never worked properly for months at a time and water would be shut off regularly There were no superintendents apart from site managers only available at Wilkins building They eventually replaced fans but for ceiling fan I had to buy one myself and get an electrician to install as they refused to do so Even though layout of apartment was nice but considering price paid it felt old with damp odour throughout building as well as my own apartment thus leading me to look elsewhere where superintendent lives in same building with updated cupboardsappliances all while saving over 80 per month Finally handing my keys today felt like such sweet relief more ... hide ...

Ive been living in this building for more than 10 years and the staff has always been friendly and helpful Maintenance is typically done quickly but lately it looks like theyre in a rush I experienced the bugs and garbage chute issues which is why I cant give a 5star rating Since then though work has been done both inside and outside Being an older building 2022-09-22T09:32:16Z
Ive been living in this building for more than 10 years and the staff has always been friendly and helpful Maintenance is typically done quickly but lately it looks like theyre in a rush I experienced the bugs and garbage chute issues which is why I cant give a 5star rating Since then though work has been done both inside and outside Being an older building can be disruptive while making major renovations such as redoing the balconies The heating system is outdated you either have it full blast or off so windows are open during winter to keep temperatures cooler The new indoor air conditioners were not satisfactory theyre loud unattractive and don't provide enough power for an average apartment there must be a better option It would also be great to see seniors hours at the pool with a ramp that gives disabled tenants better access Family time and adult time arent feasible for senior citizens either As required by my lease agreement any wornout appliances have been replaced as well as bathroom floor refinishing however old carpeting remains along with murky walls that may never get updated Despite this my view of nature trees squirrels remains quiet tranquil so I cant complain more ... hide ...

Living in Westmount Estates II for five years its generally been okay but the fire alarm system has gone off incorrectly around thirty times during that time span usually at night when trying to sleep Its gotten to the point where if a real fire were to occur many residents like myself wouldnt even bother going down since wed just assume it was another false 2022-11-03T09:32:16Z
Living in Westmount Estates II for five years its generally been okay but the fire alarm system has gone off incorrectly around thirty times during that time span usually at night when trying to sleep Its gotten to the point where if a real fire were to occur many residents like myself wouldnt even bother going down since wed just assume it was another false alarm In addition the elevator often breaks down and there have been multiple breakins my cars lock was even drilled out in the above ground parking lot The underground garage is also frequently compromised Even though there are some cons to living here its still a good place however these issues seem to keep repeating themselves EDIT The fire alarm system appears to be no longer an issue and elevators have been reliable lately Surveillance cameras have been added to the underground lot and brighter lights installed around the outdoor parking area more ... hide ...
