Living in Westmount Estates II for five years, it's generally been okay, but the fire alarm system has gone off (incorrectly) around thirty times during that time span, usually at night when trying to sleep. It's gotten to the point where if a real fire were to occur, many residents like myself wouldn't even bother going down since we'd just assume it was another false alarm. In addition, the elevator often breaks down and there have been multiple break-ins - my car's lock was even drilled out in the above ground parking lot. The underground garage is also frequently compromised. Even though there are some cons to living here, it's still a good place; however these issues seem to keep repeating themselves. EDIT: The fire alarm system appears to be no longer an issue and elevators have been reliable lately. Surveillance cameras have been added to the underground lot and brighter lights installed around the outdoor parking area.
