Do not rent with Mainstreet Read the reviews this company needs to be put out of business Management is unresponsive and rude they have a new resident manager every month and it only gets worse from there The buildings are not well kept full of roaches and bed bugs fumigated 20 times on our floor alone within 8 months The secured entrance is actually a joke as homeless people sleep in the entrance and do drugsgraffiti on the walls Mainstreet tries to scrub off graffiti but thats all they do about it vacuuming the hallways is all they do for cleaning Plus theres a hole in the laundry room wall since before we moved in April 2017 dryers leave clothes wet washers smell moldy so we don't even wash at home anymore Don't be fooled by how it looks during showings once you move in youll notice things falling apart crawling in walls calls for help will just be referred back to resident manager or office with no results Even if your suite condition is okay there are still problems like doors crookedfalling off hinges stove elements broken since moving day 8 months ago ice 2 thick on windows freezing us inside When management does come into building its only for their own purposes with inaccurate notices posted twice already we had long weekends without hot water 4 days Good Friday Thanksgiving We were even towed over an unauthorized vehicle while ours had more ... hide ...
