The Cedar Green Apartments have become a joke since the fire that led to the firing of the old manager and hiring of a new one The rent is constantly rising they refuse to fix up our current suite and instead offer us a renovated suite for 1550 per month with no amenities included Hydro in the building is outrageous paying 300 every two months for a twobedro 2022-09-29T20:02:17Z
The Cedar Green Apartments have become a joke since the fire that led to the firing of the old manager and hiring of a new one The rent is constantly rising they refuse to fix up our current suite and instead offer us a renovated suite for 1550 per month with no amenities included Hydro in the building is outrageous paying 300 every two months for a twobedroom apartment and after the old manager left our hydro bill dropped to 85 The renovated suites are losing counter space to make room for an extra kitchen entrance which isn't necessary additionally they are replacing laminate flooring and putting in dishwashers in all suites something we were told was impossible when we first moved in four years ago due to plumbing being too old Water pressure has been cut down significantly as well don't even think about drinking tap water as it contains too many minerals After leaving CLR in it overnight I still couldnt get rid of all the lime and calcium buildup from just one months use To top it off asbestos dust from another building being rebuilt is blown over into our garbage cans which puts tenants and neighbors at risk of exposure The new manager supposedly works from 10am2pm weekdays but has only been here around four times each visit lasting only two hours since the fire his relief manager does most of his work for him now Welcome to Cedar Green Apartments nothing gets fixed rent keeps climbing oh yeah watch out for more ... hide ...

I was fortunate to move into this building about six weeks after it opened and I have had a wonderful experience Everyone living here is very friendly and helpful and the process of signing my lease moving in and living here has been troublefree Even though the building is downtown and close to the train track noise levels are low Its amazing that there are 2022-10-22T16:32:17Z
I was fortunate to move into this building about six weeks after it opened and I have had a wonderful experience Everyone living here is very friendly and helpful and the process of signing my lease moving in and living here has been troublefree Even though the building is downtown and close to the train track noise levels are low Its amazing that there are four elevators no one will ever have to wait long for an elevator at full occupancy One night I had an issue with no hot water Crystal from the 24 concierge service quickly solved it While some might find rent a bit expensive you get what you pay for with a downtown core location easy access to restaurants including eateries inside shopping centres bus routes and Ctrain stops urban living at its best more ... hide ...

Ive been living in these apartments since they were built and Im very happy with the management team Although I like my home there are some things I don't no underground parking small balcony it was quiet when I moved in but all the trees were cut down for a new road lack of storage options dark cabinets that don't have a light colour finish and bathroom til 2022-09-17T12:32:16Z
Ive been living in these apartments since they were built and Im very happy with the management team Although I like my home there are some things I don't no underground parking small balcony it was quiet when I moved in but all the trees were cut down for a new road lack of storage options dark cabinets that don't have a light colour finish and bathroom tile that doesnt go all the way up to the ceiling which has caused water damage Plus wallpaper shouldnt be in showers and theres no light in my freezer Despite these issues I still love my Lshaped kitchen and large livingdining space as well as my big laundry room The only downside is hearing loud neighbours across the hall at times While other properties may offer more features for more money with less space this apartment offers great value for me so overall its a great place to live more ... hide ...

This building is the best I have encountered in Edmonton since moving here a year ago Its staff are tremendous and any repairs needed are carried out promptly The suites are really nice and the neighbours friendly and cooperative Above all its security is outstanding I would wholeheartedly recommend this building for anyone searching for comfortable afforda 2022-10-08T11:02:17Z
