If youre looking for a place where you can do whatever you want and nobody will say anything then this Apartment Complex is perfect for you Many of your neighbors are disrespectful and unpleasant garbage is littered about the area and theres a strong aroma of marijuana in the hallways I was even able to smell it from inside my apartment When I asked my friend if she wanted to come in she said Im good which kind of hurt my feelings I was too embarrassed to have my Home Care Nurse over There were domestic disputes outside at 4 am and people slamming doors every time they came or left People were always asking someone else to let them in because they didnt have keys while others dozed off in the laundry room To avoid any trouble Id mop up the floors before doing any washing myself however late at night people would start using it so that became an issue too Clothes even went missing from time to time apparently people would break security doors open and leave them that way so anyone could just waltz right through without needing keys plus random strangers loitering around lobbies or stairwells as well as cigarette butts scattered everywhere people dump their containers on the ground when looking for cigarettes Kids ran around breaking exit signs while throwing garbage all over plus there was raw sewage flowing out from drain cleanouts with a strong scent of animal urine lingering about too Some folks would even throw cooking grease more ... hide ...

The area is sketchy and dangerous our vehicles were broken into three times in six months I witnessed someone pepperspraying four people outside the property and there was even a home invasionsuicide in one of the units nearby Management lied to us about having two parking stalls with power that we could see from our unit which was a major selling point for us when we asked for it to be put on the lease they said no need as its free but then told us we couldnt park there They ignored our requests for months until we interrupted them multiple times before finally getting no resolution The parking lots are not cleared adequately so finding a spot is difficult homeless people rummage through the trash and spread it around too Our unit was very old five water leaks occurred two from sewage from an adjacent unit dead bugs were kept in jars left by previous tenants vents were full of debris that had been there probably years until we asked for them to be cleaned also no lights except kitchen and bathroom as well as poor ventilation in bathroom which had a window in bathtub so covered with frosted glass Avoid this rental they are slumlords copy paste responses saying they couldnt find me as resident showed their lack of concern about negative experience since 250 units can easily be filled due to rent incentives and inexpensive area more ... hide ...
