The building at 21028 Dalton Road would be a pleasant place to live if not for Linda the new property manager of MG Grand Property Inc She has been rude to tenants since her first day when she was cursing in the common hallways and disregarding laws Linda has also tried turning free amenities into forprofit ones such as storage lockers and parking spots and 2022-09-17T19:02:17Z
The building at 21028 Dalton Road would be a pleasant place to live if not for Linda the new property manager of MG Grand Property Inc She has been rude to tenants since her first day when she was cursing in the common hallways and disregarding laws Linda has also tried turning free amenities into forprofit ones such as storage lockers and parking spots and demanded all pets be licensed even though cats don't need licensing or registering under local bylaws Furthermore she had shouting matches with previous superintendents and banned small childrens swingsets from front lawns a solution to this is that tenants should know when lawn maintenance is coming so they can move any items off their lawns themselves She even tried telling people who they can have stay with them until lawyers were called upon her If the new owner of 21028 Dalton Road wants happy tenants who don't go through LTB hearings then Linda needs to be replaced more ... hide ...

Management was truly awful since my movein They would enter my unit without any notification or waiting for a response and even the bedrooms were not spared They promised to fix the broken door but never did Additionally they advertised housekeeping which turned out to be false as no one ever arrived The shower water was consistently cold and management made the same promise of fixing it which went unfulfilled After moving out I was sent to collections for damages that were already there when I moved in no notice of this had been given whatsoever Talking with Crystal about this matter proved useless as she was rude and never got back to me after claiming shed do so in four days Johnny then said hed get back to me within 24 hours but that didnt happen either instead an email instructing me to fill out a preexisting conditions form which wasnt provided came through after another week had gone by After yet another week passed by with no response from them I paid the damage costs just so it wouldnt affect my credit score only then did they reply quickly demonstrating their only concern is money rather than providing suitable services more ... hide ...

This neighbourhood has a lot of potential but there are a few problems that cant be ignored The quality of the building and property management is very poor in fact its laughable In the year we were living here we encountered various issues like construction noise making it impossible to work from home no reimbursement for some people on our floor despite others getting 500 having to get into our unit with a master key given to someone else in the building instead of Greystone personnel they still charged us nothing mailbox broken into multiple times and not fixed for weeks parking and price not reasonable for the area breakins in parkadestorage units bathroom fan mirrorkitchen faucet breaking down often window shattering due to cold weather yet not being fixed over 2 months later Even more frustrating was having to pay for painting entire wall if anything was hung on it Overall I don't recommend this place in Marda Loop as there are better options out there I have already let Greystone know my frustrations so hopefully they take action though I wont call them back once they reply more ... hide ...

Kail the Building Manager at LYFE has been incredibly supportive and prompt in responding to my questions while living there I found the location of this fairly new building ideal its only a 10 minute drive to downtown and you can easily walk to Marda Loops excellent amenities Therefore if you want to stay close to the energy of the city center but still enj 2022-10-25T13:02:18Z
