We were charged our deposit without proper communication from the management when we moved out After numerous emails and calls they responded by falsely accusing us of causing water damage that had been done by the upstairs unit During this incident they did nothing to help and we were forced to live in a flooded apartment for days with no recompense However 2022-10-24T23:02:18Z
We were charged our deposit without proper communication from the management when we moved out After numerous emails and calls they responded by falsely accusing us of causing water damage that had been done by the upstairs unit During this incident they did nothing to help and we were forced to live in a flooded apartment for days with no recompense However when it came time for inspection the superintendent stated that there was no damage and our full deposit would be returned once keys were handed over This company is only out to take peoples deposits by baselessly accusing them of damages with no real investigation Unless you want to risk losing your deposit with no explanation I would not recommend renting one of their apartments more ... hide ...

I don't live there personally although I have a friend who does and it looks nice Apartments have spacious rooms a large living room with a view of Bayers Lake Buisness Park from the balcony lots of parking and full size washerdryer in the suite Three bedrooms come with their own bathroomandahalf at 1400 per month though apparently theyre raising rent in No 2022-10-25T00:02:18Z

Ive been living here for a couple of years and despite the bad reviews I think its really great Everyone in the building is so friendly and its a perfect spot for families with pets The units are wellmade sound only travels from the main doorway into the hall but thats to be expected Additionally rent is affordable for what you get and parkingstorage are inc 2022-10-09T10:02:17Z
