2023-02-17T18:00:04ZI don't live there personally, although I have a friend who does, and it looks nice. Apartments have spacious rooms, a large living room with a view of Bayers Lake Buisness Park from the balcony, lots of parking and full size washer/dryer in the suite. Three bedrooms come with their own bathroom-and-a-half at $1400 per month - though apparently they're raising rent in November. Even though I'm not an occupant, I'd still give it 4 stars.
