No problems here Old Oak has been responsible for the property for around 18 months and theres onsite staff that clean regularly Orkin takes care of any pest issues so everything is pestfree The laundry areas are also properly maintained Last summer the garbage chute was fixed and they even replaced the boiler The team is polite and they take good care of things plus painting outside has been done too its looking great after 20 years Any concerns are always taken care of promptly Therell be further outdoor upgrades in the future as well as newly renovated units with modern appliances if your unit has a balcony itll be nice when warmer weather arrives Though the pool is closed it will eventually be replaced which will be great too Youre near bike paths along with Shoppers grocery stores and other amenities theres even a variety store close by if you need something quickly The neighbours are all pleasant and theres lots of wildlife onsite like birds or squirrelschipmunks for those who like to watch them Old Oak was originally responsible for this property many years ago according to our seniors they took ownership again early 2021 so Im confident were in good hands with their reputation in London Exciting updateschanges are sure to come soon cant wait to see what they have planned more ... hide ...

Living at Boardwalk was a nightmare neighbors blasting music all night long which resulted in police writing noise violation tickets at 34am drug dealing and use outside my unit and other residents screaming profanities at memy child with special needs Management prioritizes the drug dealers instead of addressing lease violations or fixing any problems and security often fails to show up quickly The locks on the building doors were frequently damaged leaving the building unsecure on weekend nights meanwhile management charged an illegal application fee for processing applications in violation of SK tenancy laws Plus they wont even process an application without a security deposit that may not be returned in full if you decide not to take the unit Stay away from Boardwalk its not worth being conned illegally out of your money more ... hide ...

I stayed in a one bedroom unit at this place for about six months This is located in a good area and the building itself is pet friendly I lived close to an entrance so there was always loud noise from people coming and going particularly late at night My neighbor would leave their dog alone for hours which caused it to bark nonstop until they got back The units are nice but small and the furnaceAC vents were positioned poorly making it hard to adjust blinds over windows these would flap around if not blocked off The staffmanagement here were great with no complaints from me I liked it here but the rent of 1295 power was too expensive for what it offered I ended up finding another 1 bedroom in Stonebridge with same features 300 less Theres extra storage in the complex but my parking spot was far away which wasnt ideal however given my age I dealt with it Power can be pricey as these are more like condos than apartments Hopefully this helps those looking for a place cheers more ... hide ...

If youre seeking an abode of peace and quiet you should never rent from West Cambridge Apartments From the moment I moved in I encountered numerous issues such as my neighbours yelling throwing furniture stomping and pounding on my ceiling The director of the building Anna didnt assist me in resolving these issues she only suggested that I leave just like her predecessor It was pointless to document all the disruptive behaviours as Anna refused to do her job anyway Apparently prior tenants had not stayed long either now I understand why Its been a real nightmare since day one here and its caused unnecessary stress and expense for me Even when reaching out to Regional Manager Augustine for help it amounted to nothing more than forwarding emails back to Anna who still failed to act on them All I want is some peace and quiet obviously therell be noise but this is excessive nothing like anything Ive experienced before It appears that my only option may be moving out once again more ... hide ...
