Living at Boardwalk was a nightmare: neighbors blasting music all night long (which resulted in police writing noise violation tickets at 3-4am), drug dealing and use outside my unit, and other residents screaming profanities at me/my child with special needs. Management prioritizes the drug dealers instead of addressing lease violations or fixing any problems, and security often fails to show up quickly. The locks on the building doors were frequently damaged, leaving the building unsecure on weekend nights; meanwhile, management charged an illegal application fee for processing applications in violation of SK tenancy laws. Plus they won't even process an application without a security deposit that may not be returned in full if you decide not to take the unit. Stay away from Boardwalk - it's not worth being conned illegally out of your money!
