The apartment I lived in was horrible Cockroaches infested it and it took 6 months to get rid of them Then to add onto that the neighbors were very disruptive stomping around and when complaints were made they fell on deaf ears The walls were paper thin so noise traveled through the walls easily plus there was a gas leak that I called an emergency line for b 2022-10-02T12:32:16Z
The apartment I lived in was horrible Cockroaches infested it and it took 6 months to get rid of them Then to add onto that the neighbors were very disruptive stomping around and when complaints were made they fell on deaf ears The walls were paper thin so noise traveled through the walls easily plus there was a gas leak that I called an emergency line for but got no response so I had to call the city myself They came in and accused me of starting the leak even though I never did as well as removing my smoke detectors which would have been impossible As a result they sent me an eviction letter with only two weeks notice It seemed like their goal was to increase rent since they raise it every year and need lawyers present for defense when increasing it significantly On top of all this water pressure was terrible and home inspections happened very often which gave off suspicious vibes Even doing laundry felt unsafe at times so Id go across the street instead garbage collection depended on where you lived but was always a long walk away from my spot more ... hide ...

Before 2018 there were many negative reviews from the time when Cogir was managing the property However since BentallGreenOak took over things have changed drastically they invested a lot to improve the apartments and upgrade all amenities The management is also very responsive to any issues that arise and informs everyone of any planned interruptions ahead 2022-10-12T21:02:18Z

During my visit for signing the lease I was shown 3 doors and 3 lifts to which I had access Unfortunately the center lift was then no longer available to tenants to avoid too much traffic in front of the office As a result all the other elevators are still blocked due to moving inout This is highly inconvenient when my parking is located in basement 2 while 2022-10-30T01:32:17Z

I recently visited Paragon Place the residence of my father with him Everything from the facilities to the staff and food service was outstanding My dad had previously mentioned how friendly the staff were and how delicious their meals were The complex houses roughly 200 people around 80 of which were present at my visit I saw a single bedroom unit that had 2022-09-26T01:32:17Z
I recently visited Paragon Place the residence of my father with him Everything from the facilities to the staff and food service was outstanding My dad had previously mentioned how friendly the staff were and how delicious their meals were The complex houses roughly 200 people around 80 of which were present at my visit I saw a single bedroom unit that had a kitchen area living room bedroom bathroom and closet There are larger rooms but for a greater cost We joined two friends for lunch in the cafeteria where residents could request more or less than what was offered all meals being healthy with vegetables and salads included which I found very enjoyable indeed The staff not only served us well but also treated each resident by their name with kindness and care it was clear that they put effort into creating an inviting atmosphere in this community I will be returning here soon to visit my father as well as others if youre looking for an excellent retirement home then Paragon Place is definitely worth considering more ... hide ...
