My friend and I moved into our apartment just over a year ago and we were delighted to have access to a gym and pool However we were soon notified of construction going on the other side of us without any knowledge of what it entailed In May 2021 the building wasnt even finished yet but we received a timesensitive notice in November that renovations would be 2022-10-10T10:02:19Z
My friend and I moved into our apartment just over a year ago and we were delighted to have access to a gym and pool However we were soon notified of construction going on the other side of us without any knowledge of what it entailed In May 2021 the building wasnt even finished yet but we received a timesensitive notice in November that renovations would begin for us in March 2022 To our surprise another notice was posted on our door on Friday saying that our balcony had to be cleared by Monday both of us work in healthcare with shift work so this created an issue Our landlordadmin refused to provide either a free or discounted storage unit which is why we havent had access to our balcony yet Furthermore the construction workers havent even completed their task but are now shifting their attention towards other buildings We have been instructed not open any windows or use AC units as they wont replace anything damaged by the construction therefore theres still dust everywhere and fuel smell all around The washersdryers here are abysmal too weve made several orders for them to be cleaned or fixed as drying clothes costs twice as much money here now All in all this place has been nothing but trouble during these twelve months with no set hours for amenities such as pools they make up their own more ... hide ...

We rented for a year and had one bed bug scare but not recurring issues like some in the building District Realtys treatment was questionable a spray bottle of mystery substance sprayed along baseboards The apartments are old but clean noise from Bank street could be an issue if your room faces it Management was accommodating when we wanted to end our lease 2022-10-26T23:32:16Z

McKellar Park Suites was a great place for our family to stay we had a wonderful time Allen the manager was very knowledgeable about Ottawa and could answer most of our questions We felt very welcomed and appreciated the cleanliness of both the apartment and buildings The living room and bedrooms were spacious and we especially enjoyed having two HDTVs with 2022-10-01T06:02:17Z
McKellar Park Suites was a great place for our family to stay we had a wonderful time Allen the manager was very knowledgeable about Ottawa and could answer most of our questions We felt very welcomed and appreciated the cleanliness of both the apartment and buildings The living room and bedrooms were spacious and we especially enjoyed having two HDTVs with lots of TV stations to choose from Additionally there was an eatin kitchen that included all necessary amenities which added to our satisfaction We look forward to returning next year and will definitely reserve here again due to its safe atmosphere more ... hide ...

I have been living at 230 Brittany Drive since April 2020 and the experience has been nothing short of amazing From the very first day the staff and management have been professional and attentive to any issues that arise in the complex Despite the challenges that COVID19 has brought on everyone Osgoode Properties site management continues to provide quality service to their tenants by keeping them informed of updates within their building To emphasize their dedication to tenants I recently lost my keys which had entry into my apartment car and mailbox on it remarkably enough a tenant found them in the parking lot and returned them to David Hughes Property Manager Even though I was out of town for business at this time he tracked down my vehicle using its FOB key so that everything remained secure This kind gesture is a true testament of his teams commitment and professionalism Thank you all for your hard work more ... hide ...

I have been living at Southpark on Whyte for more than 3 months and my experience has been amazing The ideal location close to everything and the river valley is a 10 minute walk away provides an opportunity for tranquil walks in nature The amenities are great too with the popup dog park nearby both cute and quiet The building itself is brand new and wellmaintained always clean peaceful with indoor garbage disposal eliminating the need to go outside My unit is spacious with lots of kitchen cupboard space windows that fill the apartment with natural light plus AC which isn't common to many Edmonton apartments which has been a blessing in this summer heat However what stands out most is management Vishal Tejas are always prompt reliable helpful and go above and beyond for tenants satisfaction The only con washing machine dryer are quite tiny I highly recommend choosing Southpark on Whyte as your home more ... hide ...
