Veljka Brattland is the amazing Property Manager at Patricia Heights. She was very kind and understanding in helping us move in and get settled. Maintenance is prompt to requests, and the apartments are adults-only, so it's quiet here. Plus, there are many river valley trails around for walking and biking! We're really happy with this area; it overlooks a ravine! We'd highly recommend Petwin Properties in Patricia Heights to anyone looking for a tranquil corner of the city!
