This building, located downtown, is an amazing place to live. It's within walking distance of so many places such as Forks, the Legislature, a supermarket and City Place and Portage Place. The Resident Managers, Eugene and Shawna, are extremely helpful and take great care of the building; any problems we had (which were rare) were dealt with quickly. The suites have lots of space with all utilities included and balconies with stunning views--you can even see the fireworks at Forks! Plus it has an indoor pool and underground parking for extra security.

Living here for approximately one year was a pleasure. The property is of high quality, and it's in an area close to many of the necessities we have on a daily basis. The elevators are kept in good condition, and you do not have to wait long for one. Eugene and Shawna, our residence managers, work tirelessly to keep the property very clean; they are both professional and friendly. Moreover, the building manager is great - she's very easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Having been a tenant at Kelly House for several years, I'm well acquainted with the superintendents, especially Shaun. He quickly deals with any issues I have – like a faulty light or leaky faucet – just by me sending him a text message. On top of this, they often carry out projects to upgrade the building; during my time here they've renovated the hallways (lights/apartment doors/carpeting), re-tiled the pool and most recently redone the parkade below ground. This meant we lost our parking space while they removed and replaced all concrete and rebar; however, Caroline, Senior Property Manager, found us alternate indoor parking just two blocks away which was free of cost. My worry was that my truck with its high ground clearance wouldn't fit in this new spot but she made sure there wouldn't be an issue for me. We eventually returned to our old spots after completion of renovations which brought us heating, better lighting and improved drainage - it's why Kelly House is such a great place to live!
