2023-02-14T17:30:04ZI have to say, this building is the worst I've ever encountered. My roommates and I submitted a request to repair our washing machine all the way back in February, yet it still hasn't been fixed. We've gone almost a whole month without access to laundry, which is stated as part of our rental and leasing agreement. We've contacted the property manager and building manager repeatedly for help but haven't gotten any response. Not only that, but we even had bed bugs in our unit and asked for the mattresses to be removed due to health and safety concerns- still no response! It's unbearable having to live in a sprayed unit with bed bugs on it; if I could go back I would never have signed my lease with this company. If there were half stars, that's what I'd give! To anyone considering this property: think twice!
