This apartment building is not a good option Poor management lack of security and a janitor who doesnt help are just some of the problems My car was stolen from the parking lot despite me paying for it The building is owned by Groupe Denux CanMed Investments and they don't respond to requests The janitor rents out parking spaces to nonresidents without informing the company and he overcharges tenants for services like AC installation Don't be fooled by its location or view its an outdated building with many heatingcooling issues I asked for video footage but they refused because their cameras arent working properly Furthermore if something does happen theres no response and repairs take forever to complete Additionally when signing your lease the janitor shows bias based on race or gender this I know from my own experience after having lived in this place for more than a year Stay away from this place at all costs more ... hide ...
