I have changed my review multiple times due to the various managers the property has had. The current manager is very hardworking, accommodating and has managed to resolve some of the issues that preceded her. I still live at this location so it's only fair for me to share both positive and negative experiences. There have been issues with cockroaches however these seem to have been taken care of now, but it's important for potential tenants to ask about it before moving in. Additionally, there are problems with security as door entrances are often broken which is taken seriously by the manager; other maintenance requests are usually responded too quickly but heat levels can be inadequate in winter due to Mainstreet Equity Corp not fixing them. Some amenities listed on their site may not be available such as visitor parking and some windows may remain defective even after reporting them.
