I have changed my review multiple times due to the various managers the property has had The current manager is very hardworking accommodating and has managed to resolve some of the issues that preceded her I still live at this location so its only fair for me to share both positive and negative experiences There have been issues with cockroaches however these seem to have been taken care of now but its important for potential tenants to ask about it before moving in Additionally there are problems with security as door entrances are often broken which is taken seriously by the manager other maintenance requests are usually responded too quickly but heat levels can be inadequate in winter due to Mainstreet Equity Corp not fixing themSome amenities listed on their site may not be available such as visitor parking and some windows may remain defective even after reporting them Despite these issues this property has great potential it is close to schools of all faiths parks a shopping mall and an historical street plus there is easy access downtown and various pools etc All in all this review isn't meant to discourage people from living here but just a reminder that rental companies don't always spend money on making these locations comfortable longterm options something that should be considered when looking at properties like this one more ... hide ...

Staying at Gill Estates in Edmonton was a pleasure The units had fullsize appliances lofty ceilings and were a comfortable size I rarely had to contact the building management since I didnt have problems but when I did they responded quickly If youre looking for accommodation in Edmonton this place is great
