I moved into this place at the start of summer and I adore it. The amenities and rooftop patios are really nice, and the staff often puts on events for residents. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat wave we had at the end of summer â€“ without it, I think I would have perished! You can observe how high-quality everything is, inside and out; plus, my cats love to stare out our big windows all day long. We also have a magnificent view of the river valley. Initially, I was uncertain about living downtown but now I feel very secure here, especially because there is underground parking available. Consequently, I'm recommending this place to everyone seeking a great location to call home and will keep doing so!
