This place is the worst - don't even think about living here! We decided to move here in Nov 2019, thinking it would be a great experience because of the high ceilings, lots of natural light, good view, spacious floor plans and affordable rent. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the oldest highrise in Toronto with broken elevators all the time; there are cockroaches (but thankfully no bedbugs!) and tons of construction noise from outside. The neighbouring units have horrible smells, we had hot water issues for days at a time; washers that ruined our clothes; insecure underground parking plus weekly false fire alarms at all hours. On top of that: the stairs in both lobby and loading dock will make your movers/grocery delivery people hate you! To make matters worse: only the first 5 floors were renovated - all other floors are old-fashioned with no AC.
