I strongly advise people NOT to rent at this place. I had a shipping container there for almost a year and when I started moving my stuff out, I found mold on an old trunk. The owner, Peter Sr., insisted it had come in wet but that was impossible. He only offered me two weeks of free storage since I'd already paid until mid-July and he was very rude about my needing to move out by the end of the month - as if he assumed that's why I was there? He never let me visit after hours although he apparently has done that for others. When his son came to inspect the container, he reasoned moisture built up inside when temperatures changed. That is not what renting this container was meant for! Nothing else had mold so it must have come from outside due to flash floods - not from within the container itself. When I returned to finish loading up (which was still within my allotted time), Peter Sr made me get the key every time; even though he knew I'd be coming back again, this needed to be done each time and it added significant inconvenience since their business hours were 9am-5pm only!
