    The place was overpriced and dirty, with an unpleasant smell. Some of the tenants were creepy, making using the elevators uncomfortable. Most looked homeless and security was awful. We were asked to clean the entire apartment, including the sheets and towels when we left, instead of them hiring professional cleaners; this made me shudder to think who had done our cleaning prior to us moving in. The staff seemed disorganized but pleasant enough. There were damages already in the apartment before we moved in which we reported to four different staff members who couldn't tell us if it would be noted in our file so they wouldn't charge us for it - likely a way they get extra money from tenants. Edmonton has much cleaner, safer short-term rentals available than this one.

    Staying at Gill Estates in Edmonton was a pleasure The units had fullsize appliances lofty ceilings and were a comfortable size I rarely had to contact the building management since I didnt have problems but when I did they responded quickly If youre looking for accommodation in Edmonton this place is great
