    The move-in to our suite was not ideal, due to issues beyond the management's control. Fortunately, Sam responded by moving us up floors and fixing the issue. Now, my wife feels safe which is what I wanted. I'm an open person when voicing concerns and Sam was great to collaborate with on tackling the problems. Despite being an older building in a developing area, he does his best to keep it running properly. Any questions or issues should be taken up with corporate Broadwalk since they are likely in charge of funding. The common area is nice and clean while there is also underground parking and a garbage shoot - amenities that are great for the price! My current suite has been renovated which is really nice; however I still miss the carpets which served as sound barriers in my former base unit (which wasn't bad either!). The size of both apartments and balconies are impressive for what we pay! If you follow basic security practices, be neighborly and stay in communication with Sam regarding any thoughts or problems then chances are you'll love living here - unless you get unlucky like me!

    Staying at Gill Estates in Edmonton was a pleasure The units had fullsize appliances lofty ceilings and were a comfortable size I rarely had to contact the building management since I didnt have problems but when I did they responded quickly If youre looking for accommodation in Edmonton this place is great

    Veljka Brattland is the amazing Property Manager at Patricia Heights She was very kind and understanding in helping us move in and get settled Maintenance is prompt to requests and the apartments are adultsonly so its quiet here Plus there are many river valley trails around for walking and biking Were really happy with this area it overlooks a ravine Wed hi     more ...
