This place is a complete nightmare. Don't be deceived by the deceptive 3.1 star rating, most of the 5 star ratings are from employees of the property management company. The worst issue is that there has been active construction for over a year and it's incredibly loud - at times even loud enough to cause physical pain in your ears! Additionally, one of the two washer dryers didn't work for months making 16 units have to share one washer and dryer. During winter, despite being set to 23 degrees, it struggled to keep the temperature above 17 degrees. Things take forever to fix here; like 4 months for a hole in the hallway wall or 2 months for a broken garbage shoot or 7 months for an unsealed window which I reported within my first 2 months already! On our move out day even the elevator broke and after I moved out I still received emails about how it took almost a month more to get it fixed! There were also quite frequent occurrences of us running into vagrants inside but whenever we reported them they were taken care of right away and some tenants on main floor smoked right outside their door which is illegal and caused bad smell everywhere near those doors.
