Having lived in Angela Manor, an Avenue Living Apartment Building, for a three-year period, I can attest to its Pet Friendly atmosphere. As my first apartment experience, it featured Laminate floors, a nice sized balcony and kitchen in the second floor. Moreover, laundry was available on each floor and any maintenance issue was addressed promptly - usually within one or two days - without having to remind them again. The management team were always responsive to my inquiries as well. Presently still living with Avenue Living at another location, I have no qualms about recommending their Communities.

Ive been residing at Park Avenue for nearly a year now and am quite content with the place Its very secure and tidy the below ground car park has great storage space plus its close to Union Square and Brewery District amenities The apartments have contemporary fittings and utilities while the property personnel and upkeep are always keen to help out All in a 2023-01-31T05:54:32Z
