Reading the responses to these awful reviews is reassuring The new ownership has been here for a while yet none of the renovations have been finished The office is in good shape but nothing else is being taken care of including the slobs leaving trash everywhere and half of the washersdryers working The gym has missing equipment no sanitation wipes and broken machines Theres one person to clean 1501 building once a week and vandalism continues with no action being taken against it Debris and glass fragments litter the parking area and one neighbor had severe water damage with zero help or understanding from management When was the last time someone inspected Could that improve living conditions Ideally they should hire more help to take care of everyone living there as well as evicting those who cause messes rather than just emailing warnings all over again when their site advertises luxury apartments yet my friend pays 1600month to live in what looks like a slum from outside even though its in an otherwise beautiful Burnsville area Taking better care of existing tenants would be more advantageous than emails alone more ... hide ...

I moved into my suburban apartment complex during the summer the experience has been quite positive Rachel the property manager has been great about providing clarity and answering questions about policies and construction process The new kitchen and bathroom installations look great and are of high quality Although it isn't fancy management regularly takes care of maintenance issues promptly and with explanation All my neighbors have been friendly creating a diverse mix of families couples and singles living together peacefullythere have been no safety or security concerns that other reviews have reported As for parkingits annoying but clearly stated throughout lease signingmovein process Rachel is also good at getting requested passes quickly after I email her which I do often I recommend paying extra 50month for heated underground parking All things considered this is an affordable complex with professional management thats well taken care of as long as rent doesnt increase significantly I plan to renew my lease more ... hide ...
