    I moved into my suburban apartment complex during the summer; the experience has been quite positive. Rachel, the property manager, has been great about providing clarity and answering questions about policies and construction process. The new kitchen and bathroom installations look great and are of high quality. Although it isn't fancy, management regularly takes care of maintenance issues promptly and with explanation. All my neighbors have been friendly, creating a diverse mix of families, couples, and singles living together peacefully--there have been no safety or security concerns that other reviews have reported. As for parking--it's annoying but clearly stated throughout lease signing/move-in process; Rachel is also good at getting requested passes quickly after I e-mail her (which I do often). I recommend paying extra $50/month for heated underground parking! All things considered, this is an affordable complex with professional management that's well taken care of; as long as rent doesn't increase significantly I plan to renew my lease.
