Do not rent from Panoramic Properties - they are only focused on making money. Every month, when the 1st falls on holidays or Sundays, they post signs that their office is open for rent payments. Instead of building four more units underground to increase their profits, the company should invest in providing tenants access to green space and a functioning pool and squash courts. Parking is also a nightmare - they claim there aren't enough spots in the underground lot but numerous spots remain empty. In conclusion, don't choose Panoramic Properties as your landlord; they are only interested in profiting instead of making your home enjoyable.

I'm not content dwelling here, as I feel very restricted and supervised. I can't wait for my agreement to terminate; if I had known, I would have conversed with the inhabitants prior to selecting to live in this area. The lobby and outdoor area are in desperate need of refreshing; when I moved in they told me they were going to update the pool, but then occupants informed me it's been shut off for two years already. There's no access to nature areas and evidently the poorest landscape of all structures on the block.
