I cannot express how great our experience at Forest Pines was it was easily my favorite place we have ever lived Management were incredibly pleasant and maintenance repairs were done incredibly quickly usually on the same day All the facilities and amenities were always kept clean and well maintained particularly the gym with its working equipment that was always spotlessOur onebedroom apartment was perfect for us even though it only had a couple of hundred square feet The kitchen had a large island which made for a great gathering space with friends when we had dinners or played games together The carpet in the apartment stayed clean which I appreciated plus there was so much storage Cabinets in both the kitchen and bathroom as well as a huge closet with shelves plus an additional laundry closet with shelf above washing machinedryer meant that we never ran out of room to store stuff We also didnt have any issues with bugs inside or outside as there werent many around although Valet Trash would have been ideal as I am lazy there are plenty of dumpsters around that are within walking distance from us To summarize Forest Pines provided everything my fianc and I needed to make this our perfect home if we ever find ourselves back in BCS area again this is where we will definitely come back to live without hesitation Thank you for such an amazing year more ... hide ...

I stayed at Riverstone for two years and want to give a fair and honest review The pros the apartments are great value with lots of space including big closets under stair storage and the layout is good for families or roommates Our utility bill never exceeded 140 even in summer and water was around 20 Rachel was super helpful whenever we needed something plus they provide free internetcable and amenities like a pool plus WD rentals also Aerofit membership came free The walls were thick enough that neighbors werent loud generally quiet people who kept to themselves Theres renovations too Maintenance staff worked hard to keep groundsunits tidy Keith was especially friendly got stuff done quickly Its not luxury living but we were content here overall The cons location isn't ideal almost had our house broken into when I was home with my baby plus car broken into packages stolen from doorstep dumpsters were being used illegally too so wish Riverstone would hire security or something Towing is a nightmare only enforced for residents who don't have stickers while abandoned cars are allowed to stay in street guest parking forever our apartment wasnt very updated either oven old shower peeling but still charged same rent increase as others with renovated units new wood flooring felt like management wasnt always honest either pet deposit per pet not stated in lease All in all not perfect but more ... hide ...
