I stayed at Riverstone for two years and want to give a fair and honest review. The pros: the apartments are great value with lots of space, including big closets, under stair storage, and the layout is good for families or roommates. Our utility bill never exceeded $140 (even in summer) and water was around $20. Rachel was super helpful whenever we needed something, plus they provide free internet/cable and amenities like a pool plus W/D rentals; also Aerofit membership came free. The walls were thick enough that neighbors weren't loud, generally quiet people who kept to themselves. There's renovations too! Maintenance staff worked hard to keep grounds/units tidy; Keith was especially friendly & got stuff done quickly. It's not luxury living but we were content here overall. The cons: location isn't ideal - almost had our house broken into when I was home with my baby plus car broken into & packages stolen from doorstep; dumpsters were being used illegally too so wish Riverstone would hire security or something!
