I cannot express how great our experience at Forest Pines was - it was easily my favorite place we have ever lived! Management were incredibly pleasant and maintenance repairs were done incredibly quickly - usually on the same day. All the facilities and amenities were always kept clean and well maintained, particularly the gym with its working equipment that was always spotless. Our one-bedroom apartment was perfect for us, even though it only had a couple of hundred square feet. The kitchen had a large island which made for a great gathering space with friends when we had dinners or played games together. The carpet in the apartment stayed clean which I appreciated, plus there was so much storage! Cabinets in both the kitchen and bathroom as well as a huge closet with shelves plus an additional laundry closet with shelf above washing machine/dryer meant that we never ran out of room to store stuff. We also didn't have any issues with bugs inside or outside as there weren't many around; although Valet Trash would have been ideal (as I am lazy), there are plenty of dumpsters around that are within walking distance from us.
