I cannot express how great our experience at Forest Pines was it was easily my favorite place we have ever lived Management were incredibly pleasant and maintenance repairs were done incredibly quickly usually on the same day All the facilities and amenities were always kept clean and well maintained particularly the gym with its working equipment that was always spotlessOur onebedroom apartment was perfect for us even though it only had a couple of hundred square feet The kitchen had a large island which made for a great gathering space with friends when we had dinners or played games together The carpet in the apartment stayed clean which I appreciated plus there was so much storage Cabinets in both the kitchen and bathroom as well as a huge closet with shelves plus an additional laundry closet with shelf above washing machinedryer meant that we never ran out of room to store stuff We also didnt have any issues with bugs inside or outside as there werent many around although Valet Trash would have been ideal as I am lazy there are plenty of dumpsters around that are within walking distance from us To summarize Forest Pines provided everything my fianc and I needed to make this our perfect home if we ever find ourselves back in BCS area again this is where we will definitely come back to live without hesitation Thank you for such an amazing year more ... hide ...
