Do NOT consider this complex as a residence unless you have a baby mama. It's full of really obnoxious, thieving people who will menace you and try to ruin your belongings. It's unsanitary, with rodents, cats, raccoons and skunks everywhere! The landlord does not care about the honorable dwellers living here and will address you like a criminal. They don't improve units; floors are crooked, porches crumbling apart, windows and doors outdated letting in cold air. Rents are very expensive and be careful of the property manager - he'll tell you it is electric heating (which it is) but also that they're waiting on funds to modify to forced heating. Walls are thin so everything can be heard by neighbors who are loud and impolite with no respect for anyone else. If noise from thundering hooves or shrieking children at all hours appeals to you then this place might suit! Backyards look horrendous with broken fences falling apart; pathways & driveways not redone in over 50 years! To sum up: GROSS & not worth anything - I'm glad I'm leaving soon!
