The units don't match those advertised online, so getting new appliances is a struggle- it took 11+ years for me to get my cheap washer! Rent rises annually above guidelines while CCTV footage won't be given if someone hits your vehicle- this happened 3 times to me alone as well as my neighbor outside who got nothing from management either; police are frequently parked in fire routes.
