2023-02-16T05:30:04ZLiving in these townhouses is a pleasure. The neighbors are all very quiet, and the children are well behaved, making it an ideal little community. Furthermore, the property is kept up nicely and when any issue arises it is always dealt with promptly. The manager is also very friendly and polite. Although homeownership here can be costly, if I were to own a home again I would only be responsible for changing light bulbs whereas here appliances can be replaced, roofs fixed, windows changed or screens repaired--all I have to do is write an email describing the problem.
