2023-02-14T19:00:04ZThis housing is quite expensive relative to what it offers. You pay for amenities that you may not even use, and the gym lacks standard equipment. The lounge used to have a pool table, but now is just a seating area. The laundry system is very convoluted and there's only one room for two buildings; often, machines are broken and remain so for weeks without repair. Management does not communicate well with the rent/parking payment company, so you end up having to reconfirm payments frequently. Additionally, don't expect much of your security deposit back as they charge $200 for any cleaning needed - I had 10 minutes of cleaning left behind and was still charged $200! Unless this place is your only option, do not live here.

2023-01-31T11:00:03ZStudios for students are extremely small and expensive, making it difficult to pay for basic needs. Management is impossible to contact and often ignores requests for repairs. Parking on Academy Hill is terrible and building management quickly tows vehicles. Underground parking is too costly and unreliable; there have been several robberies and thefts reported. They are eager to take your money even though the amenities offered do not match up to the price tag, with certain services being closed or out of order at times; the laundry machines are either dirty or not working properly. Overall, this accommodation may be suitable if you need a place close to school or only require it in the short term, but considering Kelowna rental prices it's still pricey.
