We are absolutely in love with our residence at Alto 2! The apartment features attractive finishes and modern appliances, plus we get a nice north-facing view from the balcony. Shane-Michael, the onsite manager, is wonderful - he takes care of repairs quickly and is always attentive to our needs. The dog park could use some better drainage, but otherwise we really enjoy the amenities here: a gym, roof terrace and more! Our fellow tenants are quiet yet friendly; the only issue is that there's some stomping upstairs occasionally. If it gets too warm in fall or winter, it would be great if the temperature settings could be lowered - instead of trying to cool down a hot apartment at night. Overall though, we're thrilled with this place!

We sold our house and moved into this apartment, which was our first time living in one. We chose it for its location, the fact that it's a new building, and because it was smoke-free. Our building has been kept very clean by the staff who are constantly washing the hall floors and vacuuming carpets. The management and residents have been friendly as well; however, some people still smoke on balconies and dogs bark for long periods of time. We should have chosen a pet-free building instead. There have even been instances of our neighbours dumping what we assume to be water onto ours from theirs above us - nonetheless, they address it quickly when informed about it. Parking hasn't been an issue since we have an underground spot; however, there are too many handicap spots in the visitor parking lot (38%). Those spaces aren't labeled clearly either so cars often take up three spots instead of two. A suggestion would be to paint lines on the ground to designate each parking space including handicaps properly.
