This building may not have a front desk, which can be a security risk, but 75 Ann and MARQ HQ's team (Sarah Menezes, Janine, Jessica, Mitchell and the plumbing/maintenance department) are quick to respond to any issues. At the start of our lease period the carpets were steamed and if there were any problems with roaches or maintenance needs they could be reported through an online request system. For those not too picky about student apartments in London this unit was great; it was even better than some of the more expensive options.

This building is not safe and should be avoided by all means. It has bed bugs, the mail room doors are ripped off weekly and you cannot get a timeline for requested maintenance. Someone randomly slipped a paper under my door asking to fix the "free internet" in my unit, which neither I nor my roommate had requested. A day later someone was given a key to our place without security being present! The people who set up your suite don't even know north from south! Additionally, the laundry is disgusting - while it's still fairly clean, some machines charge more for the same cycle. To do two loads of wash will cost at least $7 since they use industrial grade dryers but residential grade washers. Moreover, this nightmare has been ongoing since move-in day – so don't live here - run away as fast as you can!

Ive been living in this building for more than 10 years and the staff has always been friendly and helpful Maintenance is typically done quickly but lately it looks like theyre in a rush I experienced the bugs and garbage chute issues which is why I cant give a 5star rating Since then though work has been done both inside and outside Being an older building
