For the past 25 years I have been living at 88 Bloor St East residence and I still feel lucky to call it my home Its not like the grass is greener somewhere else trust me A few great advantages of this place are that there is management on site who are always helpful professional and work together as a team The lobby is cleaned daily and the mail room is close to the elevator The laundry room also stays empty its locked at night with security monitoring it Everyone in the residence behaves respectfully which shows that management does a good job in screening new residents Additionally you can access a mall or subway directly without going far since theres a No Frills across the street Apartments here are made of concrete so noise from neighbours or outside is reduced Windows get washed regularly air conditioners get cleaned and maintained too plus garbage rooms on each floor stay tidy due to daily upkeep clearly I have it good And my apartment has fantastic closet space where you can fit even a mattress This isn't something found in newly built rental apartments anymore With W Hotel opening soon in same building this will be an outstanding location to live in Toronto is my city and 88 Bloor Street East will always be my home For 25 years now Ive been blessed with living at 88 Bloor St East residence honestly speaking life couldnt be better elsewhere believe me Some benefits include having management right on site more ... hide ...

We had an amazing stay at the Rosemont Residences Originally we had planned to stay for just a month but ended up extending our reservation to 45 days Brian Pereira was in charge and he made sure everything ran smoothly Our twobedroom apartment was comfortably furnished and very clean with all the necessary amenities for a longterm visit Jean Fady Perry Andrew and Raj from the concierge team were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable they always greeted us with a smile Additionally Brian and Andrew yes there are two of each from the building maintenance staff were very cooperative when needed The lobby has good lighting plus nice music playing there are also four fast elevators so you don't have to wait too long before one arrives Furthermore it is centrally located close to restaurants theaterscinemas shopping centers such as Rogers Centre and CN Tower as well as places like Ripleys Aquarium There is even a coffee shop onsite along with massage parlor services and a dentist office in the building annexe It was truly wonderful staying at Rosemont Residences we will make this our home away from home every time we come back to Toronto A huge thank you goes out to Brian x2 Nilesh Agape Aamir Andrew x2 Jean Fady Perry Raj for making our experience in Toronto so fantastic memorable more ... hide ...

I stayed at 561 Sherbourne Street Toronto for 8 months and I have conflicting feelings about it It worked for my needs but I wouldnt stay there again Initially they said the minimum stay was 8 months but when I arrived there were people with shorter leases than mine They advertise that they match you with people who share similar interests however this wasnt 2022-10-21T04:32:18Z
I stayed at 561 Sherbourne Street Toronto for 8 months and I have conflicting feelings about it It worked for my needs but I wouldnt stay there again Initially they said the minimum stay was 8 months but when I arrived there were people with shorter leases than mine They advertise that they match you with people who share similar interests however this wasnt true as they only matched me by gender My purpose in Toronto was to work and yet I was grouped with English students who were just there for fun quite stressful It wouldve been much better had they taken into consideration the profile and purpose of those sharing the apartment together The socalled manager Albert should not be in that role as he is not actually hired by Harrington he is an undergraduate student studying exams and his responses are either delayed or nonexistent unless money is involved Sinan from their financebooking team also took a long time to answer my emails or would ignore them altogether Asye from the cleaning team was a welcome exception though as she always cleaned when someone new moved in unfortunately you never knew who The units are new however my room the deluxe dorm was somewhat small while the shared area was too tiny for 4 people since they made one of the living rooms an extra bedroom additionally you don't know ahead of time if 3 or 4 will be living together TV worked even though Netflix wasnt included like promised wifi only went down once during more ... hide ...

Living in Hoem is alright however it does not seem to be managed well and feels like it is just a moneymaking venture The apartments are nice with scenic views and are fully furnished so thats nice I lived here for 1 year and 4 months but during this time there were many problems which occurred At the time of signing my 1year lease contract I was unexpectedly moved to a different floor for the last 4 months without an explanation as to why Also while I was moved into a 4 bedroom apartment I was still charged rent for the 3 bedroom apartment I left behind which went against the contract we had signed initially This problem only got resolved after many emails were exchanged between me and management it should have been handled by management instead of leaving it to unqualified students at the front desk who did not take me or my roommate seriously until my mother intervened Moreover without any prior warning from Hoem staff we had a new roommate move into our place in the middle of the night They also failed to provide us with wifi password or roommate agreement paper when we shifted apartments The laundry room was terrible too all washing machines smelt mouldy with dirtmould buildup around rubber parts also clothes werent properly dried in most dryers multiple times leading us to spend more money on rerunning them sometimes machines even stopped midcycle without working At one event organised by Hoem staff no one talked or said hello until I more ... hide ...
