DO NOT make this building your home! It may seem like a fairytale from the exterior, but it is in disrepair internally. The management is inept when it comes to student housing, and they have not been able to address the rampant WEED consumption within. Furthermore, NOISE issues can arise if you happen to have an irritating neighbor and no real solutions are offered even if complaints are filed. If you are a hardworking student, this is not the place for you! The cost of living here does not justify what they provide;you would be better off spending a little more on a one bedroom apartment elsewhere. Trust me—you will not regret it! On the plus side, staff at the front desk and maintenance crew are quite helpful.
