I recently moved into Phase 2 of Loop by Claridge and have had a great experience Amanda the Property Manager was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process She showed me multiple units so I could find one that best suited my needs The building itself is stunning with concrete exposed hallways modern fixtures beautiful unit styles and located in the heart of Downtown Its close to all amenities like Farm Boy Rexall and Circle K which was a selling point for me As well as this theres an indoor pool and rooftop which I look forward to using daily for some RRAlthough Amanda does get busy from time to time it didnt take her long to respond back she explained everything clearly when it came to completing the application too as its all done through an online site portal which tracks everything such as your lease information payment history etcIve read reviews about her service before moving in but after experiencing it myself I can honestly say theyre positive and Im usually very particular After moving in Im even happier because my unit is lovely with nice finishes such as a kitchen countertops backsplash plus large windows offering city views at night what more could you want The move in process was so simple compared to other companies processes which made me appreciate Claridge even more Lastly Jeff the Property Manager goes above beyond when helping tenants out while Amanda has been nothing but kind during more ... hide ...

Ive been in my current apartment for six months and have thoroughly enjoyed it The gym and pool are accessible to residents the view is amazing dogs are allowed and the concierge personnel are hospitable and accommodating But what I appreciate most is the soundproofing of my unitI cannot hear any of my neighbours whatsoever Allinall its a wonderful place to 2022-10-28T04:02:18Z

I received one star due to having to but I would definitely not recommend Central Tower as a place to rent I was moving out due to work transfer and found the managing staff incompetent and punitive Despite leaving my unit cleaner than when I moved in with hardly any wear and tear they charged me over 300 for painting which wasnt done before I moved in among 2022-10-01T19:32:17Z
I received one star due to having to but I would definitely not recommend Central Tower as a place to rent I was moving out due to work transfer and found the managing staff incompetent and punitive Despite leaving my unit cleaner than when I moved in with hardly any wear and tear they charged me over 300 for painting which wasnt done before I moved in among other items According to the Alberta Residential Tenancy Act this should have been considered normal wear and tear The individual who did the moveout inspection commented on how clean it was too Moreover when I requested early termination of my lease agreement there was difficulty explaining what needed to be done as the building manager seemed not to understand her own lease agreement It required calling head office downtown Edmonton who confirmed what should be done according to their lease agreement which eluded the onsite manager who then apologized afterwards All in all it was an awful experience due to poor understanding of their own agreements by managing staff coupled with underhanded tactics during moveout that ended up costing me money for no valid reason thus never again more ... hide ...
