Had there been an option to give a negative review I would have done so Timbercreek Communities needs to hire people who reflect the quality of services they offer The interaction with their representative at 123 10th Ave was terrible and speaks volumes about management The person calling herself JENNIFER was very impolite and harsh in her speech towards us Instead of informing us what the rent for a onebedroom unit looks like after we asked she gave us a strange look and bluntly demanded to know if we would pay 2000 monthly We would consider it if there were appealing apartments along with wellmannered representatives however no apartment officially has 2k as its monthly rent so what was this person thinking On top of that she didnt show or talk about anything including the gymparty room or parking area apart from inquiring where we live and how many people are in our family upon saying two she audibly expressed shock Lastly when asking if we had minimum income requirements to be eligible which my husband earns three times more than that her facial expression said it all I am still uncertain why she treated us in such manner was it my headscarf or skin color that made her think we don't make enough money or cant utilize the gym My husband and I will never rent from them after experiencing such a hostile welcome more ... hide ...

My husband and I relocated to Point North in October of last year after downsizing from our large five bedroom dwelling With our offspring now grown we no longer needed the area or upkeep of a house and thus apartment living seemed like a viable option Nevertheless we were anxious about downsizing to a smaller space so much so that we went through numerous apartments before deciding on this one The building is constructed neatly and is exceptionally clean with an excellent gymnasium and recreational room However what sets Point North apart are the building managers Kim and Derrick Tucker They are incredibly helpful and reply quickly to any inquiries or issues that arise If you need help with how to use something in the apartment they will kindly assist Every tenant has only positive remarks regarding their care for the building they always have an amiable demeanor which has made our transition much more simple more ... hide ...

The location of Prince Joe is really convenient its close to bus routes and walking distance to both SMU and Dalhousie Unfortunately the positives end there In September I moved in and two weeks later a mouse ran across my entire bachelor apartment On New Years Day the bathroom ceiling started leaking significantly and a plumber was supposedly coming by soon 2022-09-22T19:32:17Z
The location of Prince Joe is really convenient its close to bus routes and walking distance to both SMU and Dalhousie Unfortunately the positives end there In September I moved in and two weeks later a mouse ran across my entire bachelor apartment On New Years Day the bathroom ceiling started leaking significantly and a plumber was supposedly coming by soon however Im not sure anyone ever did After it stopped leaking that night there was still an unsettling hole in the bathroom ceiling that never got fixed even after move out inspection Additionally in late May or early June the battery for my door lock died consequently anyone with a Templeton key may have had access to my apartment for up to 4 weeks until it was fixed Furthermore when I put in notice that Im leaving the BM would show up at my place without reasonable notice although legal Allinall if you don't mind overpriced hazardous living conditions Prince Joe is your place Otherwise check out 5800 South or South Tower where you can enjoy perks like swimming pool or fitness centre more ... hide ...

I lived in this building for more than two years and bought from the developer Management is inattentive and their actions such as making people line up during COVID to use the amenities raising fees and restricting parking access are random It appears as though they don't do much since there are numerous Airbnbs here My floor alone had a few of them with visitors staying for only a weekend or so throughout the pandemic it was like living in a hotel All 560 units share the amenities with another 300 units at One Pacific another Concord Pacific Development The gym is too small to accommodate 800 units while the pool area is always crowded some residents are inconsiderate by not picking up after themselves or their dogs in shared areas During my time there end of 2019 beginning of 2022 breakins occurred regularly in storage lockers and parkades The location is great since its very close to seawall but it gets tricky accessing parkades during Canucks gamesconcerts Although marketed as a luxury development build quality feels cheap I wouldnt recommend living here if you want peace and quietits often loud and crowded due to Airbnbsplus you might end up with a micro unit The only nice thing about this place would be its views from certain units which justifies spending extra money on rentpurchase price here more ... hide ...
