Living in Milton Heights a care home under Eden Care Homes is horrible Their prime directive that is stated on the site is totally false The appliances are old and decaying while the carpets are outdated It feels like one is living in a hospital for sick people or a place where elderly go to die alone Recently criminals were allowed inside the building which may have caused their mail to be stolen This kind of action risks the lives of those elders who have knowledge and wisdom to pass onto younger generations When first moving in they frauded elders by charging them multiple times for rent Additionally laundry items get stolen and air handlers do not work due to bird mites from birds breeding in there too Thus it is advised not to move into Eden Care Homes as their safety cannot be guaranteed more ... hide ...

Avenue Living apartments may be affordable but the management is terrible The middlelevel heat doesnt work even in springtime when winter was freezing When they were asked for service they said they couldnt help with windows freezing over and leaking onto the floors causing mold and water damage there was no help from management The water temperature is mostly cold and its common to hear the heaters banging loudly at all times of day Theres a maple bug infestation all year round too cleaners bang on walls and doors at 6am on weekends for vacuuming You pay for heat water and parking but rarely get what you pay for people steal parking spots with management doing nothing to stop it since they sometimes do it too There was even an incident where upstairs neighbors shower water leaked through the roof but their version of fixing it was just covering the hole When their water went to downstairs neighbors it ruined our bathtub So if youre looking for a roof over your head only then go ahead otherwise you wont have a good experience here bring lots of blankets during winter plus noisecancelling headphones insect repellent as well for quiet hours too Avoid Avenue Living if possible just getting an apartment here was enough trouble without having terrible service not getting ones money worth more ... hide ...
