I would give this place zero stars if I could! It's clear that they don't care about their tenants in the least. Building managers and maintenance personnel are unresponsive, taking days to return phone calls. They offer renovated suites starting at $1020, but they're "not available" so you're left with a run-down unit with no heat, broken bathroom taps leaking everywhere, holes in the floors so you can smell everything from the apartment below, no working buzzer for visitors to use - and all for more money than what is charged for a renovated suite. This place is a complete joke - I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone renting here!
